Ingredients
The Classic Sausage Ball Recipe:

lb.
raw pork sausage
(casings removed)

Bisquick or other biscuit/pancake mix

cheddar cheese
The Asian-inspired Sausage Ball Recipe:
½
lb.
ground pork
1/4
teaspoon
salt

clove
garlic
(minced)

teaspoon
ginger
(grated)

finely chopped scallion

finely chopped cilantro

teaspoon
honey

tablespoon
Sriracha

tablespoons
toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
For each recipe, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl, form into small balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
Notes
Each recipe yields about 30 sausage balls.
